Reimagining the Referral Process
About Us
With a shortage of mental health providers and growing demand, clients often wait weeks to be seen or give up seeking help altogether. Providers do their best but often can only offer a list of names, leaving patients stuck on waitlists.
Trusted Therapist Network transforms this discouraging process into a fast, effective, and hopeful experience, giving clients access to immediate care and redefining the referral process.
Our Founder: Tom Rogat, Psy.D., M.B.A.
Tom spent the first 10 year of his career in sales and high-tech marketing before pursuing a career that felt more meaningful as a psychologist. Over 20+ years in clinical settings, including 12 years in private practice, Tom saw people struggling to find care when they needed it most, sometimes waiting months for care. He also saw how isolating and intimidating private practice can be for clinicians trying to build a solo practice from scratch.
Wanting to help more people and clinicians solve these problems led Tom to create TTN, with the goals of improving access to care for people in need, and for clinicians to connect as a community.
Today, that mission has expanded beyond private practices, and we invite you to be part of a community built on empathy, connection, and shared purpose.
Our Mission
We’re on a mission to streamline access to quality mental health care by making referrals between providers fast and easy. Clinicians can quickly connect clients with trusted providers who have immediate openings while expanding their professional network.
Our Beliefs
The world can use more empathy. It’s why we all chose this profession and do our best to help those in need of care.
Relationships matter. Whether we are collaborating on care or just catching up over lunch, we all need more connection.
Challenges are meant to be faced and solved together.
Caring for the planet is caring for our future generations.
Our Vision
We envision a nationwide community where clinicians share referrals, ideas, and resources locally and beyond. With better connections, waitlists disappear, clinicians save time, and mental health care becomes more accessible.
